Service Record:

-Entered Starfleet Academy in 2385 in the Tactical field. Graduated (with honors) in 2389.
-2389-2391: Served as conn officer on the USS Peregrine, Akira Class. Promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade in 2390.
-2391-2399: Transferred to the USS Bonaventure, Cheyenne Class. Served as conn officer for two more years, before being promoted in 2393 to Lieutenant Commander and made the tactical officer. Taggart served as the Bonaventure’s tactical officer for the remainder of her posting.
-2400-2406: Promoted to Commander and transferred to the USS Sanjar Khan, serving as its first officer. In 2402, due to manpower shortages, she is put in command of the vessel. In 2403, she is promoted to captain.
-2406-2409: Assigned to the USS Luna, Defiant-class. Serves on the Klingon front for several more years.
-2409-2411: The USS Luna is heavily damaged after it responds to the distress call from Delta Vega. After the battle Captain Taggart is given a promotion to Rear Admiral, Lower half and assigned to the USS Macintosh, a fleet escort. Taggart leads several task forces against the Borg, until she is assigned to peacekeeping in the Orellius sector. She leads numerous campaigns to stall the Breen while others search for Preserver artifacts. Taggart is promoted to Rear Admiral, Upper Half in 2411.
-2411: Assigned command of the USS Kilimanjaro, Odyssey class. Commands the ship for two months, helping to hold off a Fek’Ihri attack on Federation space and engaging in several shakedown runs.
-2411-2412: Demoted to Rear Admiral, Lower Half and assigned as captain of the USS Peregrine, a Internal Affairs cutter. Officially assigned ensure officers are following Starfleet regulations while on shore leave in Eta Eridani and Beta Ursae.
-2413: The Peregrine is upgraded to the USS Alerion, Armitage class. Taggart is also given the USS Macintosh to assist in enforcing Starfleet regulations.
